February, one thousand six hundred and eighty-\hich\af42\dbch\af31505\loch\f42 seven, granting warrant to and allowing the said \hich\af42\dbch\af31505\loch\f42 Society to erect Lights and Beacons at the entry of \hich\af42\dbch\af31505\loch\f42 
the River and Firth of Tay, and to levy\hich\af42\dbch\af31505\loch\f42  and exact-on \hich\af42\dbch\af31505\loch\f42 account of these Lights a duty of twelve pennies \hich\af42\dbch\af31505\loch\f42 Scots, or one penny sterling of every Ton of all the
