Apologies if you are on more than one email list

Dear friend, A short note to bring you our good news:
We are delighted to announce that the Book & Paper Conservation Studio no =
longer faces the threat of closure.=20

Having received overwhelming support from friends, clients and colleagues =
of the Studio, the University of Dundee has decided to retain the facility =
and all current staff. We are humbled and extremely grateful to all of you =
who have campaigned on our behalf; we are very conscious of the time, =
thought and effort that was required to help us. Indeed, we are heartened =
to find that conservation is held in such high regard, and that the work =
we do is so appreciated by our fellow professionals.=20

It is with renewed enthusiasm and vigour that we begin this next phase in =
the life of the Studio; we are very much open for business and looking =
forward to a positive future within the University of Dundee.

Philippa, Vanessa, Monica, Emma, Erica and Helen
